sussex way using sweet dessert apples maturedfor a minumum of 6 months. At the final

stage before we create or final products the base cider is blended with the freshest seasonal apple

juice to capture the nuance of the flavour of that particular seasons Juice. That is why throughout

the year our products subtly change in colour and taste. No two blends are ever quite the same - As no

Two apples are quite the same. A Fact we are particullarly proud of. If you are looking for a standardised factory produced cider, we may well not be for you. But if you are looking for a natural product that keeps the eccence of every apple that goes into it - Then we would be your chaps.
